¶2The case of the prosecution is that the accused were found to be in possession of 470 Tapentadol Tablets. Hence, the case.
¶3The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and has no connection with the alleged offence. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been in judicial custody and are ready to abide by any conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

¶6From the submission of the learned counsel on either side, this Court is Page3 of 5 of the view that though the first petitioner has one previous case, considering that the recovery of contraband is only an intermediate quantity and taking into consideration the long incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail, subject to certain conditions.
¶7Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai, and subject to the following conditions: [a] the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the Application for Surety ship [Judicial Form No.46 annexed to 'The Criminal Rules of Practice, 2019'].
