ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in paragraph No.7, which reads as, "the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai", of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19277 of 2026 dated 21.07.2026.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to execute a bail bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only); however, the petitioner finds it difficult to execute the bond and produce two sureties. Hence, he prays for modification of the order.

¶3At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with two blood relatives as sureties.

¶4Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the nature of the offence, Paragraph No.7 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.19277 of 2026 dated 21.07.2026 is modified to the effect that, "the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a Page3 of 4 sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood relatives as sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
