2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made an online application dated 23.07.2026 seeking to survey and point out the field boundaries by fixing the boundary stones of petitioner's property comprised in S.F. No.235/4 at measuring to an extent of 00179 sq. meter Page2 of 6 situated at Eraiyur Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Kallakurichi District. Since the same was not considered by the respondents 1 to 3, the present writ petition has been filed.

6.Considering the submissions made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's online application dated 23.07.2026 and conduct a survey and demarcate the subject property, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing prior notice to the petitioner and the Page3 of 6 5th respondent and other parties concerned, if any.
