ORDER (Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking production of daughter of the petitioner viz., Ms. Nandhini, D/o. Thilaga, aged about 25years from the illegal custody of the 5th Respondent, before this Court.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's daughter had a love affair with the 5th respondent herein and they now got married. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that the petitioner's daughter has now sought protection from the concerned police and her statement has also been recorded. Page3 of 4

¶3Considering the above, we are of the view that the petitioner's daughter is major and she has got married with the fifth respondent, therefore, the detenu is not under any illegal detention and no further direction is required in this petition.
