Case no.
WP 30346/2026

Judgment

ORDER The writ petition is filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to restore and activate the Registrar of Societies portal access to petitioner Sangam to enable the petitioner Sangam to file its statutory filings returns and forms including FORM-7 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.7.2026.

¶2Learned counsel for respondent would submit that although there are several issues involving the society and their constituent Institutions, including the Secretary, the present Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus seeking to enable petitioner Sangam to submit its statutory filing returns and forms including Form 7. In this regard, it was clarified that respondent has not denied petitioner access to the portal for the purposes of complying with these statutory requirements.

¶3Learned counsel for the respondent would also submit that if petitioner face any difficulty accessing the portal, it was due to certain technical glitches. She would also submit that the portal remains open for the petitioner to comply with statutory requirements by submitting the requisite forms. She would further submit that if petitioner brings any technical difficulties to the notice of respondent, the same would be sorted. Page3 of 4

¶4It is made clear that this order must not be understood in any manner to dilute earlier orders of this Court insofar as the membership of the Society is concerned. This Order is passed solely to enable the Society to comply with the statutory mandate. The earlier Writ Petition relates only with reference to the tenure of the Secretary of the College/Sangam and therefore the status quo order passed therein may not create a bar, petitioner submitting the statutory returns/forms. It is made clear that this order does not in any manner decide any of the issue raised in the earlier Writ Petition.

¶5The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07-08-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order jv To The District Registrar Registrar of societies, Rangampalayam, Erode-638 009.
