¶2Ms. J. Balameenakshi, learned counsel for the petitioner who appeared through Video Conferencing would submit that the aforesaid properties were purchased by the petitioner's father and after his demise, the same were enjoyed by the petitioner's siblings; while so, her brother Kuppusamy, leaving his siblings, got the patta for these properties transferred in his name alone and after his demise, his legal heirs are attempting to misappropriate the joint family properties; hence, the petitioner addressed a representation dated 17.07.2026 to the official respondents seeking not to register any document in connection with the subject properties; since the same has not evoked any response, this writ petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief.
