2.Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners made representations dated 28.03.2026 seeking for an issuance of patta in their favour for their respective properties in Plot No.83 in S.F.No. 362/1 etc. together with house bearing Door No.5/288 and Plot No.23 in S.F.No. 362/1 etc. together with house bearing Door No.5/259, situated at Thekkalur Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District. However, the said representations were not considered by the respondent. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Mr.P.Elayaraj Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent would submit that the petitioners' representations dated 28.03.2026 will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representations dated 28.03.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording personal hearing opportunity to the petitioners and other Page3 of 6 parties concerned, if any, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of.
