Judgment
O R D E R The petitioner was arrested on 27.06.2025, on execution of non-bailable warrant issued on 16.06.2025.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that for his absence on one hearing dated 16.06.2025, an NBW was issued and the petitioner was secured; otherwise, he had been regularly attending the Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police states that S.C.No.115 of 2025 is pending before the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruppur. The next hearing date is 25.08.2025. The petitioner is the sole accused and due to his abscondence, the progress of the trial has been delayed.
