ORDER This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the sixth respondent to de-freeze the petitioner's account and permit him to operate the same.

¶2The petitioner is holding accounts with the respondents 5 & 6 Bank. While being so, on instructions of the respondents 2 to 4 the sixth respondent have frozen the petitioner's Account No.109655349999. On perusal of the records and also on the request made by the respondents 2 to 4 herein, a sum of Page3 of 5 Rs.15,994.40/-, Rs.9,719.32/- & Rs.49,999/- totally Rs.75,712.72/- the disputed amount, which are allegedly transferred to the account of the petitioner. Therefore, in view of the above the sixth respondent is directed to mark a lien over the petitioner's account to the tune of Rs.75,712.72/- and permit the petitioner to operate his account in respect of remaining amount, if any.
