¶3The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioners have been in judicial custody since

18.07.2026 and are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for the grant of bail.

¶4The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, while opposing the grant of bail to the petitioners, reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents.

¶5I have given anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side.

¶6Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for both sides, as well as the nature of the recovery, the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioners since 18.07.2026 and the absence of any criminal antecedents, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail, subject to certain conditions.

¶7Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Page3 of 5 the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet, Ranipet District, and subject to the following conditions: [a] the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the Application for Surety ship [Judicial Form No.46 annexed to 'The Criminal Rules of Practice, 2019'].
