ORDER The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2021.
¶2The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted representations dated 24.02.2020 and 12.04.2021, requesting the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and issue a separate patta in the name of the petitioner and his children, namely Sathyabama, Page2 of 5 Sanmugavadivu, Srinivasan, K.C. The 3rd respondent, after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and affording them an opportunity for a personal hearing, shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Page3 of 5
