¶2The allegation against the petitioner is that he forcibly proposed to the de facto complainant.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the there is no serious injuries sustained by anyone and that the injured got discharged on the same day after taking treatment as Outpatient. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

¶4The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, upon instructions, submitted that there is no previous case registered against the petitioner. He would further submit that the injured got discharged on the same day after taking treatment as outpatient. However, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Page3 of 5
