¶2The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused persons forged sale deed executed by the petitioner, acting as Power Agent in favour of A6, attempting to unlawfully grab the de facto complainant's property. Hence, the case.
¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the de facto complainant and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the co-accused have already been enlarged on bail and the dispute is civil in nature and that the petitioner was only the power agent and not received any sale consideration. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and ready to co-operate with the investigation. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

¶6Considering the facts and circumstances of the case; taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side); considering the totality of the circumstances and upon the fact that the petitioner has three previous cases of similar nature and already detained under Goondas, hence, this Court is of the firm view that it is not appropriate to consider the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner at this stage. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
