22.07.2026 for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.158 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
¶2The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found to be in possession of 4.100 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case.
¶3The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and that they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
