He further submitted that the case is under investigation and the charge sheet is yet to be filed. He stated that two previous cases have been registered against the petitioner, one of which is under 302 I.P.C (2 counts) and the other is under NDPS Act. 6.Considering the nature of allegations, the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 BNSS that she is now living in her matrimonial home, and the fact that the petitioner has been incarcerated since 24.06.2026, this Court is of the firm view that further custody of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

¶7Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri District, and subject to the following conditions: [a] the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the Application for Surety ship [Judicial Form No.46 annexed to 'The Criminal Rules of Practice, 2019'].
