ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's objection dated 23.06.2021.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent would submit that the enquiry was conducted based on the petitioner's representation. However, both are not in a position to ascertain as to whether the orders were passed or not.

¶3In view of the above, this Court passes the following order:

i) If no order is passed after enquiry, this Court directs the respondents to pass order, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

ii) If the order was already passed, this Court directs the respondents to issue a copy of the order to the petitioner within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

iii) The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order, either passed or to be passed, by the respondents.
