ORDER This petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioners as further respondents in W.P.No.28630 of 2024.
¶2In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the petitioner herein had been left out by the respondents while issuing R.C.No.284045/RECT.11(1)/2011, dated 12.09.2024. It had been stated that he had also given objections at the time of revising seniority. It is contended that he should also be heard while examining the issue raised in the writ petition.
¶3Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner.
