ORDER This miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the prayer "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'Ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature of the writ by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to fix the seniority of the petitioners recruited for the year 2001-2002 in the seniority list of Havildars (General) fit for promotion as S.I of Police (General) for the year 2025-2026 based on selection process/TNUSRB marks obtained by the petitioners and their batchmates of the year 2001-2002 before finalising and/or releasing the seniority list of Havildars (General) fit for promotion as S.I of Police (General) for 2025-26 recruited for the year 2002-03 onwards in a similar manner within timeframe and pass such other order as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and render justice."
