(ii) to recognize the General Power of Attorney dated 20.08.2021, registered as Document No.451 of 2021 executed by the petitioner/appellant in Page7 of 8 favour of Atungo Shitri.

¶2Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

¶3On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, these petitions are allowed.
