ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to allot alternate lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition to the petitioner based on the letter dated 09.06.2022 of the fourth respondent, which was recorded in Lok Adalat Award dated 23.06.2022 in E.P.No.14 of 2013 on the file of Principle District Munsif, Thiruvallur.

¶2The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the recommendation made by the second respondent / Block Development Officer for allotting alternate lands to the petitioner in place of the property owned by the petitioner, which has now been used for constructing Anganwadi Center, is now under consideration by the District Collector, the first respondent herein.
