The annual lease rent is also enhanced to Rs.12,340/- per year. The petitioner is also paying the rent as per the agreement and permission granted by the 2nd respondent. However, the petitioner could not able to complete the construction and could not able to access his agricultural land.

¶4The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 8 to 10 would submit that they have no objection to construct a RCC Small Bridge for crossing the water channel.

¶5Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

¶6The 8th respondent was a Ex-President of Perandur Panchayat, the 9th respondent is her husband and the 10th respondent is brother of the 9th respondent. In order to extract huge money from the petitioner, they are objecting the petitioner to construct a RCC Small Bridge to cross the water channel.

¶7In view of the above, the 6th respondent is directed to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his labourers while constructing a RCC Small Bridge as per the permission granted by the 2nd respondent, dated 06.06.2022 to access his agricultural land, forthwith.
