The appeal filed by the defendants was allowed and the suit filed by the plaintiffs was dismissed. Challenging the same, the appellants have filed the second appeal.

¶2Since the suit filed by the appellants got dismissed, there is no executable order. Hence, there is nothing to stay the operation of judgment and decree.
