ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to remove all the Lien marked in Bank Account number 000101592478 on the request made by the Respondents 3 to 9.

2.The petitioner holds a bank account with ICICI Bank. At the request of respondents 3 to 9, the first respondent frozen the petitioner's account and currently does not permit the petitioner to operate it.

¶3The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the total disputed amount requested by respondents 3 to 9 is Rs. 47,687/-.

¶4In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to mark a lien to the tune of Rs. 47,687/- and permit the petitioner to operate the account for the remaining amount. Page4 of 6
