Judgment

ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his representation dated 17.03.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶2The petitioner had submitted his representation dated 17.03.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

¶3Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. He would submit that the petitioner will have to submit an online application to enable the respondents to consider the petitioner's request for survey and demarcation of the boundaries. The said statement is recorded.

4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the said application and thereafter survey and demarcate the boundaries, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 8 and the neighbouring land owners if any as well as any other third party whom they deem it fit to enquire.

¶5Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 8, notice to the respondents 5 to 8 is dispensed with by this Court.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the second respondent seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the second respondent shall survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 8 and the neighbouring land owners if any as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
