Hyperux Technologies Pvt Ltd v. The Chief Executive Officer

ORDER This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 6th respondent herein to defreeze the account No.2042413861830283 (AU Small Finance Bank) which stands in the name M/s. Hyperux Technologies Pvt Ltd and to permit the petitioner to operate the bank account pursuant to the lawyer's notice dated 24.10.2025 issued to the 3rd respondent.

¶2Though notice served on the respondents, no one on behalf of them appeared before this Court today either in person or through pleader.

¶3It is seen that the petitioner is holding account No.2042413861830283 with the third respondent. On the request made by the sixth respondent, the third respondent has frozen the petitioner's account. However, on perusal of records, it is revealed that the disputed amount is Rs.1,14,039/-.

¶4Therefore, the third respondent is directed to mark lien over the petitioner's account No.2042413861830283 to the tune of Rs.1,14,039/- and to permit the petitioner to operate the said account for the remaining amount.

¶5With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
