Judgment
ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if some reasonable time is granted to the petitioner, she will remove the deviated construction, so as to bring the building in conformity with the building permission, which was initially granted to her.
¶2Learned counsel for the Corporation would submit that though the petitioner's prayer for extension was rejected by the revenue authorities, if this Court permits the petitioner to remove the deviated construction/portion within a stipulated period, the Corporation would have no objection to the same.
¶3Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the building shall be de-sealed and within a period of two months from the date of de-sealing, the petitioner shall remove the deviated portion/construction. Immediately thereafter, the Corporation shall inspect the building and if the deviation is found to be removed, then no further action would be required. However, in case the deviation has not been removed, the building shall be immediately re-sealed. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA, CJ.) (G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.)
