¶2The petitioner claims to be a resident of the area in which the TASMAC shop in question is located. The petitioner seeks for shifting of the same, since the TASMAC shop in question causes public nuisance to the residents of that area. The petitioner had given a representation on 08.09.2025 to the official respondents seeking for shifting of the TASMAC shop in question from the land of the fourth respondent. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 seeking for shifting of the TASMAC shop in question from the land of the fourth respondent, after hearing the objections from the fourth respondent as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
