This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining in Crime No.1588 of 2020 on the file of the Samayanallur Police Station, Madurai District and quash the same as illegal against the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the Government Order that has been passed by the Government, further action has been dropped in this matter.

¶3Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
