¶2By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the lawful owner and is in possession of the subject properties. ¶5Recording the aforesaid submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 05.12.2025, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The application shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an enquiry. The respondent is directed to provide reasonable opportunity during such enquiry to the petitioner and all the necessary parties, who may be affected by such decision. Needless to state that in the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
