O R D E R This writ petition has been filed seeking permission to perform the Kumbabishekam.

¶2Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pending the writ petition, the respondents have granted permission to perform the Kumbabishekam. The submission is recorded.

¶3In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
