Perumal v. The District Collector

O R D E R This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner.

¶2When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioners was already rejected by the authorities by order, dated 05.08.2023 and a copy of the order has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

¶3Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
