¶2On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as C.C. No. 54 of 2021 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi and that the case was adjourned to 23.03.2023 for examination of witnesses.

¶3In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
