¶2It is reported by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the encroachment been removed, warning board has been fixed and the stones demarcating the boundaries are laid today.

¶3Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. The contemnors are expected to ensure no encroachment is made in the area, in future.
