Chellasamy v. The District Collector

ORDER This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.12.2020, wherein the petitioner was objecting laying of the pipeline in his patta land.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that pipeline has already been laid and the work has been completed.

¶3In view of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
