The petitioner's mother, Vijayalakshmi, who served as an Assistant in the Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department, died due to aliments on 18.01.2023, leaving behind herself and her brother, who is the 4th respondent herein. The 4th respondent has given a 'No Objection Certificate'. Along with the No Objection Certificate, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents, seeking appointment on compassionate ground. However, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

¶2The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has opted for Livestock Inspector Grade-II as well as Junior Assistant. Since she has not specified the post for which she has applied, her application could not be considered. It is also informed that the petitioner has not furnished No Objection Certificate from other legal heir. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has applied for integrated certificate, however, the same has not been issued so far.
