ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to enforce the order passed by the third respondent, dated 10.05.2019, and to cancel Patta No.1583 with respect to the subject property and restore the same in its original position.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent, through his proceedings dated

28.06.2020, has already cancelled the Patta and it was restored to its original position.
