M.O.F.Seeni Syed Sathak v. The District Collector

ORDER None appears for the petitioner.

¶2Thiru.S.Madhavan learned counsel appearing for R5 informs the Court that the petitioner passed away in the year 2018 itself. It appears that the petitioner had filed O.S.No.16 of 2014 on the file of ADM, Ramnad seeking the relief of declaration and permanent injunction. It is stated that in the suit, steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs on record. Since the original writ petitioner has already filed a civil suit, the rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the suit. It is not necessary to interfere with the impugned order.

¶3The Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
