Judgment

ORDER (Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The inter-departmental communication between the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kulithalai, Karur District and the Tahsildar, Kulithalai, Karur District in proceedings dated 06.12.2013, is sought to be quashed in the present Writ Petition.

¶2The said inter-departmental communication would not provide a cause to the petitioner to institute a writ proceedings. However, the findings made in the inter-departmental proceedings would reveal that the subject property in Survey No.441/5 measuring 0.07.24 sq.m belongs to the father of the third respondent and therefore, it is not a Government poromboke land or otherwise. Thus, the aggrieved persons are to be relegated to approach the competent civil Court of law.

¶3Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
