Sivabalan.P v. The Registrar of Co-Operative Societies

ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to return back the pledged jewels to the petitioner, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent submitted that the pledged jewels were already handed over to the petitioner after the petitioner repaid back the entire loan. All the materials pertaining to the same was also placed before this Court.

¶3In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent and the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. NCC : Yes/No
