¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's predecessors were the Inamdars under Inam Title Deed No. 814 relating to Sengulam Inam Village, Tiruchirappalli; that the petitioner and his deceased father had made several representations seeking issuance of patta in Ward L-21, Trichy West Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, on the basis of the said Inam Title Deed and the Inam Fair Register issued by the Government; that in particular, the petitioner has made representations dated 04.12.2025 and 22.12.2025; that no action has been taken on the said representations; and that therefore, the petitioner was constrained to file the present Writ Petition.
