04.06.2025 and his representation dated 16.06.2025 submitted to the second respondent.

¶2By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the lawful owner and is in possession of the subject property. ¶5Recording the aforesaid submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
