4.On the representation of the learned Government Advocate, the crime number and details of chargesheet were verified with the online status of the case. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
