Judgment

O R D E R This case is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the writ petition, there is a mistake in the application number, which has been mentioned as 'Application No. Na.Ka.No.A1/7848/2025' instead of 'Application No. Na.Ka.A1/7848/2024', as a result which, the same mistake has also crept into the order dated 29.01.2026 and that therefore, the said mistake may be corrected in the writ petition as well as in the order.

¶3In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the petition as well as in the order dated

29.01.2026 passed in the said Writ Petition. [K.SURENDER, J.]
