This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.14888 of 2019 dated 21.10.2019 and punish him under the Contempt of Court Act.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 21.10.2019, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
