Bench

Case no.
CRL OP(MD) 2440/2022

Judgment

ORDER In spite of repeated adjournment the petitioner's counsel is not ready to argue the matter. So it was listed today finally either for disposal on merits or dismissal. Even today, the learned counsel for appearing for the petitioner would submit that the learned senior counsel for the petitioner is engaged in some other Court. Such sort of contention cannot be accepted. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
