This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.455 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as C.C. No.863 of 2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai.

¶3Since the investigation was already over, there is no use in keeping the petition pending further. Hence, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
