V.Thirumal, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s. ¶2The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the period during which this Writ Petition was pending may be excluded for the purpose of calculating the limitation.

¶3This Court considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

¶4This Writ Petition was filed on 30.01.2020 and it has been disposed of on

04.10.2023. The order copy was made ready on 16.11.2023. Therefore, the Appellate Authority, while calculating the limitation for the appeal, if any, filed by the petitioner, shall exclude the period during which this Writ Petition was pending before this Court and take the appeal on file and dispose of the same on its merits and in accordance with law.
