ORDER This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated

12.06.2016 in respect of quashing all proceedings for change of patta name with respect to the land in Survey No.224 of Oyyavanthan Village Group, Kalayarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District and change the patta in the name of the petitioner herein.

¶2It is brought to the notice of this Court that the appeal has already been disposed of by proceedings dated 01.07.2021 and hence, this writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
