06.01.2026.

¶2By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

¶3Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is hereby dispensed with.

¶4The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's temple, Sri Rakachi Amman Thirukovil, situated at S.No.4/1, Block 5, Ward E, Sivagangai Town, Sivagangai District, has been in existence for several years. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 06.01.2026 requesting grant of a patta in favour of the temple. Despite the representation, no action has been taken by the fourth respondent.
