ORDER This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide police protection to petitioner to remove the articles from the premises situated at Kamaraj Nagar, Tiruchirappalli bearing door No.263/A and handover the possession to the auction Purchaser.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Bank who had initiated the SARFAESI proceedings as against the fourth respondent. The subject property has already been auctioned and sales certificate was also issued. However, for the purpose of facilitating the auction purchaser to take possession over the same, it is necessary to remove the articles from the premises situated at Kamaraj Nagar, bearing Door No.263/A. In this regard, seeking police protection for the same, this Writ Petition is filed.

¶3The learned Government Advocates submitted that the same can be afforded on payment of necessary charges.

¶4The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that he is ready to pay the entire loan immediately.

¶5Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

¶6In this regard, the respondent police is directed to offer necessary police protection to the petitioner bank, to remove the articles from the premises situated at Kamaraj Nagar, Tiruchirappalli bearing door No.263/A and handover the possession to the auction Purchaser, on

08.07.2026, on payment of necessary charges in terms of G.O(Ms)No. 139, Home (Pol-VIII) Department, dated 04.03.2019.

¶7With the above directions, this Writ Petition is allowed.
